Ingredients:
- Tomatoes 1 kg.
- Cucumbers 500 grams
- Onion 1 piece
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Vinegar 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Salt ,, black pepper to taste
- Greens to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Wash the tomatoes, cut the stalks and cut into medium sized slices.
Step 2 Cut cucumbers into thin half rings.
Step 3 Onion cut into thin quarter rings.
Step 4 Put chopped vegetables in a salad bowl.
Step 5 In a small bowl, mix vegetable oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Step 6 Immediately before serving, pour salad dressing. Add chopped fresh herbs to taste.
