Ingredients:
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Mozzarella Cheese 250 grams
- Balsamic vinegar 100 grams
- Olive oil 1-2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt, black pepper to taste
- Fresh basil a few leaves
Cooking method:
Step 1. Pour balsamic vinegar into a small saucepan and bring to a boil. How to boil, reduce the fire in two and cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, cool and refrigerate to thicken.
