Ingredients:
- Wheat flour 230 grams
- Icing sugar 40 grams
- Cocoa Powder 15 grams
- Butter 115 grams
- Egg yolks 1 piece
- Sour cream 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Baking powder 0.5 tsp
- Curd 300 grams
- Sugar 3 tbsp. spoons
- Vanilla sugar 1 tsp
- Egg yolk (in cottage cheese) 1 piece
- Starch (in cottage cheese) 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Cherry 150 grams
- Sugar 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Starch (for cherries) 1 tbsp. a spoon
Cooking method:
Step 1. Put the butter, sifted flour and baking powder into cocoa harvester. Add icing sugar and grind the mass into crumbs.
Step 2 Drive egg yolk into the mixture, add sour cream and mix. From a moist dense mass, form a sausage, divide it into 2 parts: large and slightly smaller. Put the test in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Step 3 Beat cottage cheese with granulated sugar and yolk. Add starch and vanilla sugar. Beat the mass. Most of the dough needs to be rolled out and laid out in a parchment lined form. Form the sides and put the curd filling on the dough. Put peeled cherries on top.
Step 4 Grate the remaining piece of dough on a fine grater. If it is rubbed poorly, then it is necessary to freeze it for 15 minutes. Sprinkle crumbs on the cake.
Step 5 Bake the cake at a temperature of 180 C for 40-45 minutes.
Bon Appetit!
