Ingredients:
- Raw smoked sausage 100 grams
- Onion 1 piece
- 4-5 pickled cucumbers
- Carrot 1 piece
- Granular mustard 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. spoons
- Wine vinegar 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Sugar 0.5 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Greens for decoration
Cooking method:
Step 1. Peel and cut the onion in half rings. Mix mustard, oil, vinegar and add icing sugar. Pour onion dressing, mix and marinate.
Step 2Cut smoked sausage into very thin strips so that its hardness is not felt in the salad.
Step 3 Cut pickles into medium thickness slices.
Step 4 Wash the carrots well, peel and then grate on a coarse grater.
Step 5 Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl. Salt to taste, but the appetizer is already quite savory, so it is possible that salt is not needed. Let stand for half an hour in the refrigerator and decorate with parsley leaves, you can serve a salad.
