Ingredients:
- Celery root half root
- Canned corn 2 tbsp. spoons
- Fresh cucumber 1-2 pieces
- Quail egg 4-5 pieces
- Lettuce to taste
- Mayonnaise or yogurt 3-4 tbsp. spoons
- Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Peel celery, cut into cubes and boil in boiling salted water for 7 minutes (until soft). Then lay in a colander and cool.
Step 2 Combine mayonnaise and mustard. Mix well.
Step 3 Dice the cucumber.
Step 4 Boil quail eggs, peel and cut into slices or just cut in half.
Step 5 Put lettuce leaves on a plate. Add celery and corn. Throw the cucumber on top. Season with salad dressing.
