Ingredients:
- Apples 2 pieces
- Celery 1-2 stalks
- Fresh mint to taste
- Nuts (peanuts, walnuts, almonds) 150 grams
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp. spoons
- Olive oil 50 ml.
- Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1.First, prepare a salad dressing. Lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper should be mixed until smooth.
Step 2 Wash the celery, cut into thin transverse slices. Put chopped celery in a bowl, add ice water and leave for 1 hour. After an hour, drain the water and dry the celery with a paper towel.
Step 3Cut the apples into slices, peel the core and peel (optional). Cut into small slices.
Step 4 Calcify the nuts in a hot dry frying pan for 1-2 minutes.
Step 5 Put celery, apples and nuts in a large salad bowl. Season with cooked dressing, add chopped fresh mint leaves to taste.
