Ingredients:
- Beans 250 grams
- Celery 2 Stalks
- Onion 1 piece
- Parsley greens small bunch
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Mustard oil 100 ml.
- Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Soak the beans in cold water, preferably at night. Then boil the beans until cooked. But you can use canned beans, this will reduce the time for preparing the salad.
Step 2 Finely chop the onion, gently crush it with a spoon, so that the onion starts up the juice and pour mustard oil. Let it brew for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3 Wash the celery stalks and cut across.
Step 4 Grind parsley.
Step 5Mix boiled beans, infused onions with oil, slices of celery, parsley. Mix everything, salt to taste. Garnish the salad with a sprig of parsley.
