Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet 100 grams
- Apple 1 piece
- Celery stem 1 stalk
- Leaf lettuce to taste
- Natural yogurt (or sour cream) 3-4 tbsp. spoons
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Honey 1 tsp
- Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon
- Dried garlic pinch
Cooking method:
Step 1. Cut the chicken fillet into thin slices, season with salt and fry in a pan without oil for 1-2 minutes. Such thin slices are fried instantly. Then cut into small strips.
Step 2 Prepare a sauce of yogurt, honey, mustard and soy sauce, season with garlic powder to taste.
Step 3 Dress with lettuce, an apple, chopped at random, and celery, sliced into thin slices. Put the seasoned salad on the dish and add the pieces of the fried chicken breast.
