Ingredients:
- Canned sardines 1 can
- 2 carrots
- Onion 3 pieces
- Green peas 1 can
- Chicken egg 3 pieces
- Mayonnaise 200 grams
- Vegetable oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Green onion bunch
Cooking method:
Step 1. Grate the carrots, chop the onion in half rings.
Step 2 Fry vegetables a little in oil. Then reduce the heat, salt and continue to stew the carrots with onions for another five minutes.
Step 3 The first layer of salad is stewed carrots with onions.
Step 4 The second layer of salad will be sardines. Put fish slices on vegetables, evenly distributing them on the surface.
