Ingredients:
- Squid 300 grams
- Shrimp peeled 300 grams
- Canned corn 1 can
- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- Hard cheese 200 grams
- Red apple 1 piece
- Smoked salmon 100 grams
- Red caviar 50 grams
- Black caviar (from seaweed) 1 teaspoon
- Mayonnaise 200 grams
- Onion 1 piece
- Dill bunch
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil squids in salted water. Dip the squid in boiling water and cook for 3 minutes. To clear squid carcasses of films. Cool and cut into strips.
Step 2 Boil shrimp in salted water. Dip the shrimp in boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes. Clean from the shell.
Step 3 Next, draw a contour of the skate with mayonnaise on the dish where the salad will be.
Step 4 Peel the apple and chop finely.
Step 5 Boil the eggs in a cool, peeled shell. Then grate.
Step 6 Finely chop the onion and scald with boiling water.
Step 7 Combine squid, egg, shrimp, corn, onion, apple and mix with mayonnaise. Leave some shrimp for decoration. Spread the salad giving it a relief, that is, a bigger belly, a smaller face.
Step 8 Sprinkle the salad with grated cheese on top.
Step 9Gently grease with mayonnaise.
Step 10 Garnish the salad: add scallops to the shrimps, and make fins from red caviar. Gently pick up the eggs with a toothpick to make stripes. Before laying black eggs, rinse under running water and dry on a napkin.
Step 11 Make thin stripes in the shape of a ridge with mayonnaise. Additionally, decorate the dish with dill, lemon. Make salmon out of salmon.
