Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet 300 grams
- Beijing cabbage 500 grams
- Soy sauce 50 ml.
- Cherry Tomatoes 300 grams
- Hard cheese 200 grams
- Garlic 1 clove
- Olives 50 grams
- Mayonnaise 200 grams
- Ground black pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Marinate chicken in soy sauce. The meat is soft and tender, with a piquant taste. Cut the fillet into layers, dip in the sauce, mix and put in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
Step 2 Next, fry the pickled fillet in olive oil on both sides until golden brown, reduce the temperature, cover and bring to readiness.
Step 3 Put the finished filet on a napkin to remove excess oil. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
