Ingredients:
- Crab sticks 250 grams
- 5 eggs
- Apples 2 pieces
- Canned corn 1 can
- Mayonnaise 200 grams
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil the eggs “in the bag” leaving the yolk undercooked, so the salad will be tender. To achieve this, you need to boil the eggs for 5-6 minutes in boiling water.
Step 2 Dice the crab sticks and fry them to enhance the taste.
Step 3 Peel the apples and cut into cubes.
Step 4 Grate the eggs on a coarse grater and add to apples and crab sticks.
Step 5 Open a can of corn, drain the liquid and add to the general plate.
Step 6 Season the salad with mayonnaise, salt. And mix well. Leave the salad for 30 minutes to infuse.
Step 7 Decorate the salad as you wish.
