Ingredients:
- Squid 350 grams
- Fresh cucumbers 3 pieces
- Chicken egg 3 pieces
- Mayonnaise 3 tbsp. spoons
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil the eggs in a cool, peeled and cut into cubes.
Step 2 Cucumbers cut into strips.
Step 3 Peel the squid carcasses and boil in salted water for 1 minute. Remove from water and cool. Slice squids.
Step 4 Mix all chopped ingredients in a deep plate.
Step 5 Season the salad with mayonnaise, salt and mix.
