Ingredients:
- Fish fillet 200 grams
- Cheese 100 grams
- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. spoons
- Garlic 1 clove
- Salt, pepper to taste
- Almonds 100 grams
- Leaf lettuce bunch
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil fish fillet in salted water over low heat for 10-15 minutes from the moment of boiling. Then remove the fillet from the pan and cool.
Step 2 Boil the eggs in a steep, peeled shell. Grate.
Step 3 Cut the cooled fish fillet into very small pieces.
Step 4 Grate the cheese.
Step 5 Put fish fillet, eggs, cheese in a salad bowl.
Step 6 Add the grated garlic on a fine grater, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and mix well into a homogeneous mass.
Step 7 Pour almonds with boiling water for 5 minutes, then peel off the skin. Chop in a chopper or knife, but not too finely.
Step 8 Form small balls from the fish mass. Roll in nuts.
Step 9 Put lettuce leaves on the dish. Put the finished fish balls on top.
