Ingredients:
- Cod liver 1 can
- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- Potato 3 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp. a spoon
- 2-3 pickled cucumbers
- For the sauce:
- Sour cream 100 grams
- Mayonnaise 100 grams
- Mustard 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Greens (dill, parsley) several branches
- Garlic 1 clove
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil potatoes in their uniforms, cool and peel.
Step 2 Boil the eggs in a steep and peeled shell.
Step 3 Grate potatoes and eggs, marinate the onion in vinegar with (a little) sugar, cut the cucumbers into thin semicircular plates, cod liver - with a fork.
Step 4 Sauce: mix sour cream, mayonnaise, add mustard and crushed garlic as desired. Add finely chopped greens, mix.
Step 5Mix eggs, potatoes and cucumbers and season with sauce. Drain the liquid from the pickled onions and mix with cod liver. Using a salad ring, place a “turret”: a little liver with onions, then a good layer seasoned with a sauce of a mixture of potatoes, eggs and pickled cucumbers, on top again a liver with onions.
