Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet 600 grams
- Olives (seedless) 200 grams
- Hard cheese 150 grams
- Pickled champignons 200 grams
- Mayonnaise 50 ml.
- Chips 100 grams
- Chicken egg 3 pieces
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil the chicken in salted water until tender. Cool and cut into small pieces.
Step 2 Boil the eggs in a steep, peeled shell. Separate the yolks from the proteins.
Step 3 Next, grate egg whites and yolks separately.
Step 4 Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 5 Cut the champignons into small pieces.
Step 6 Cut olives in half.
Step 7 Spread the salad in layers: 1st layer - chicken, make mayonnaise net; 2nd layer - pickled champignons, lightly grease with mayonnaise; 3rd layer - egg whites; 4th layer - cheese, grease with mayonnaise; 5th layer - egg yolks.
Step 9Decorate the salad with olives from above, giving the shape of a sunflower, lay out chips in a circle in the form of petals.
