Ingredients:
- Canned liver 1 can
- 4 eggs
- Potato 2 pieces
- Hard cheese 100 grams
- Onion 1 piece
- Mayonnaise 200 ml.
- Salt to taste
- Greens for decoration
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil potatoes, peel and grate on a coarse grater. Put in a salad bowl in the first layer. Grease with mayonnaise.
Step 2 Grate cheese on a coarse grater, put on top of potatoes.
Step 3 Open a can of cod liver, drain the oil and mash with a fork.
Step 4 Finely chop the onion, put on top of the liver and grease with mayonnaise.
Step 5 Boil eggs in a steep, peel, separate the whites from the yolks.
Step 6 Put the egg whites on a coarse grater with the next layer, grease with mayonnaise.
Step 7 The last layer is egg yolks grated on a fine grater.
Step 8 Garnish the salad with herbs.
