Ingredients:
- Olives (seedless) 50 grams
- Frozen mussels 150 grams
- Cucumbers 1 piece
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Arugula 1 bunch
- 2 cloves of garlic
- For refueling:
- Olive oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Frozen boiled mussels with boiling water for 10 minutes, then drain the water, and put the mussels in a plate and allow to cool completely.
Step 2 Prepare a dressing. Combine olive oil, lemon juice and salt.
Step 3 Wash the leaves of arugula, dry and put in a deep salad bowl.
Step 4 Add olives, sliced tomatoes and half-cucumber.
Step 5 Then add the cooled mussels and chopped garlic.
Step 6 Pour dressing into the salad.
Step 7 Mix the salad and can be served.
