Ingredients:

  • Beef liver 300 grams
  • Pickles 2 pieces
  • Fresh cucumbers 2 pieces
  • Tomatoes 2 pieces
  • Onion 1 piece
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Parsley, dill 3-4 sprigs
  • Vegetable oil 50 ml.
  • Salt, ground black pepper to taste

Cooking method:

Step 1.Rinse beef liver well and boil in salt water until tender (about 40 minutes). Cool the finished liver, cut into strips and put in a bowl. Beef liver can be replaced with pork and even chicken. Boil chicken liver for 10-15 minutes and make a salad with it more tender.
