Ingredients:
- Beef liver 300 grams
- Pickles 2 pieces
- Fresh cucumbers 2 pieces
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Parsley, dill 3-4 sprigs
- Vegetable oil 50 ml.
- Salt, ground black pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1.Rinse beef liver well and boil in salt water until tender (about 40 minutes). Cool the finished liver, cut into strips and put in a bowl. Beef liver can be replaced with pork and even chicken. Boil chicken liver for 10-15 minutes and make a salad with it more tender.
Step 2 Coarse pickles.
Step 3Fresh cucumbers are also chopped coarsely.
Step 4 Cut tomatoes into slices and put in a bowl.
Step 5Onion cut into half rings.
Step 6 Add finely chopped garlic and herbs.
Step 7 Sprinkle with salt, black pepper and add vegetable oil.
Step 8 Mix aromatic salad with liver and serve.
