Ingredients:
- Potatoes 5-6 pieces
- Sausages 5 pieces
- 5-6 pickled cucumbers
- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- Red onion 1 piece
- Mayonnaise 7 tbsp. spoons
- French mustard 2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Rinse potatoes thoroughly and boil until cooked. Cool, peel and dice.
Step 2 Boil eggs, cool in ice water, peel and chop.
Step 3Sausages free from the shell and cut into circles.
Step 4 Cut small pickled cucumbers into slices, chopped onions finely.
Step 5 In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and French mustard.
Step 6 Put prepared sausages, potatoes, cucumbers, eggs and onions in a large bowl. Add aromatic mayonnaise dressing, salt and mix well. Delicious potato salad with sausages served immediately.
