Ingredients:
- Cooked sausage 200 grams
- Pickled champignons 100 grams
- 4 eggs
- Pickled cucumbers 3 pieces
- Mayonnaise 250 grams
- Canned green peas 0.5 cans
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil eggs, peel, separate the proteins from the yolks and cut separately. We cut boiled sausage into cubes, pickled champignons - into slices.
Step 2 Cut pickles in circles. Open canned peas and drain the liquid.
Step 3 Put prepared cubes of cooked sausage on a plate, grease with mayonnaise and add sliced pickled mushrooms on top.
Step 4 Put circles of cucumbers and grease with mayonnaise.
Step 5 Add prepared yolks and mayonnaise again.
Step 6 Put chopped squirrels and grease thickly with mayonnaise.
Step 7Spread the green peas evenly on top of the lettuce.
