Ingredients:
- Beef liver 500 grams
- Canned red beans 200 grams
- Pickled mushrooms 150-200 grams
- Carrot 1 piece
- Onion 1 piece
- Mayonnaise 250 ml.
- Salt, black pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil the liver (you can also chicken) in salted water for 30 minutes after boiling. Cool, then cut into strips.
Step 2 Finely chop the onion, fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown, add the grated carrots and fry for another 3-4 minutes. When ready, fold onto a napkin and allow excess oil to drain.
Step 3 Cut pickled mushrooms (any) into pieces.
Step 4 Open a jar of beans, drain the liquid.
Step 5 Mix all the ingredients, salt, pepper, season with mayonnaise.
