Ingredients:

  • Beef liver 500 grams
  • Canned red beans 200 grams
  • Pickled mushrooms 150-200 grams
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Mayonnaise 250 ml.
  • Salt, black pepper to taste

Cooking method:

Step 1. Boil the liver (you can also chicken) in salted water for 30 minutes after boiling. Cool, then cut into strips.

Step 2 Finely chop the onion, fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown, add the grated carrots and fry for another 3-4 minutes. When ready, fold onto a napkin and allow excess oil to drain.

Step 4 Open a jar of beans, drain the liquid.
