Ingredients:

  • Smoked chicken breast 400 grams
  • Hard cheese 200 grams
  • Pickled mushrooms 250 grams
  • 3 carrots
  • Potato 3 pieces
  • 5 eggs
  • Mayonnaise 300 grams
  • Salt, pepper to taste

Cooking method:

Step 1.Boil the carrots until tender, peel and grate on a medium grater.

Step 2 Boil potatoes until cooked and grate on medium grater.

Step 3 Grate the cheese on a medium grater.

Step 4 Boil the eggs in a steep, peeled shell and grate on a coarse grater.

Step 5 Smoked chicken breast (you can use boiled) cut into small pieces.

Step 6 Rinse the pickled mushrooms in running water and chop finely. Leave a few pieces to decorate the salad.

Step 7 Spread the salad in layers, grease each layer with mayonnaise and lightly salt each layer:

  1. Half grated potatoes.
  2. Half grated carrots.
  3. Half grated cheese.
  4. Half grated eggs.
  5. A layer of chicken.
  6. Mushrooms.
  7. Next - the layers in the reverse order: eggs, cheese, potatoes, carrots.

Do not smear the top layer with mayonnaise. Garnish with mushrooms and put the finished salad in the refrigerator so that all layers are well saturated with mayonnaise (at least 2 hours, preferably at night).
