Ingredients:
- Smoked chicken breast 400 grams
- Hard cheese 200 grams
- Pickled mushrooms 250 grams
- 3 carrots
- Potato 3 pieces
- 5 eggs
- Mayonnaise 300 grams
- Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1.Boil the carrots until tender, peel and grate on a medium grater.
Step 2 Boil potatoes until cooked and grate on medium grater.
Step 3 Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
Step 4 Boil the eggs in a steep, peeled shell and grate on a coarse grater.
Step 5 Smoked chicken breast (you can use boiled) cut into small pieces.
Step 6 Rinse the pickled mushrooms in running water and chop finely. Leave a few pieces to decorate the salad.
Step 7 Spread the salad in layers, grease each layer with mayonnaise and lightly salt each layer:
- Half grated potatoes.
- Half grated carrots.
- Half grated cheese.
- Half grated eggs.
- A layer of chicken.
- Mushrooms.
- Next - the layers in the reverse order: eggs, cheese, potatoes, carrots.
Do not smear the top layer with mayonnaise. Garnish with mushrooms and put the finished salad in the refrigerator so that all layers are well saturated with mayonnaise (at least 2 hours, preferably at night).
