Ingredients:
- Beets 2-3 pieces
- Sauerkraut 200 grams
- Green peas 1 can
- Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. spoons
- Spices as desired
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil beets, peel. Grate.
Step 2 Add sauerkraut to beets.
Step 3 Open a jar of green peas, drain the liquid, add to the general plate.
Step 4 Stir salad, season with vegetable oil. Add spices: ground coriander, black pepper.
