Ingredients:
- Boiled chicken 300 grams
- Fresh cucumber 3 pieces
- Korean carrots 200 grams
- Marinated mushrooms 350 grams
- Mayonnaise 3 tbsp. spoons
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil the meat in salted water. Cool and cut into small pieces. Cut cucumbers into thin strips.
Step 2 Prepare a salad form. For example, take an empty round container from under mayonnaise and cut the bottom, leaving the walls about 10 cm high. Lubricate the walls of this form with mayonnaise. Put the mold in the dish in which the salad will be served.
Step 3 We lay the salad in layers: the first layer is boiled meat, greased with mayonnaise on top.
Step 4 Next lay out the mushroom layer.
Step 5 The next layer is cucumbers. Grease with mayonnaise.
Step 6 Carefully, slowly, raise the mold.
Step 7 Top with Korean carrots, forming a slide.
Step 8 Decorate the salad on a plate according to your preference, for example, grate cheese and lay in a circle of salad.
