Ingredients:
- Kefir 1 cup
- Wheat flour 160-200 grams
- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- Baking soda 0.5 tsp
- Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Cool boiling water 0.5 cups
- Sugar 1-2 tsp
- Pinch of salt
Cooking method:
Step 1. Beat eggs with sugar, add kefir, add salt and flour. To stir thoroughly. The dough should be smooth, without lumps.
Step 2 Add soda to boiling water, quickly mix and pour into the dough. Stir and let stand for 5 minutes.
Step 3 Heat the pan well, grease with vegetable oil. Pour the dough with a small ladle, allow the dough to spread, tilting the pan to the sides. Oven pancake on one side until almost all bursting bubbles are baked. Carefully turn the pancake over with a spatula. The second side is baked very quickly. Remove the pancake with a spatula and put on a plate. Lubricate it liberally with a piece of butter.
