Ingredients:

  • Zucchini 4 pieces
  • Processed cheese 1-2 pieces
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • Tomato 1 piece
  • Greens and lettuce bunch
  • Mayonnaise 200 grams
  • Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Salt to taste

    Cooking method:

    Step 1. Wash the zucchini and cut lengthwise into plates about 5 mm thick. Salt and leave for 10 minutes.

    Step 2 Fry vegetable marrows on vegetable oil on both sides. Cool.

    Step 3 Grate the processed cheese on a coarse grater, chop the garlic and mix with mayonnaise. Mix.

    Step 4 Cut the tomato into small pieces.

    Step 5 Next, grease each slice of zucchini with cheese and garlic mixture, put on top a slice of tomato and herbs.

    Step 6 Carefully wrap the roll and lay on lettuce leaves.
