Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet 250 grams
- Iceberg Salad 1 bunch
- Hard cheese 100 grams
- Canned pineapples 1 can
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp. spoons
- Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. a spoon
Cooking method:
Step 1. Thoroughly wash lettuce leaves under running water, then let the water drain and tear into arbitrary pieces.
Step 2 Wash, dry the chicken fillet with paper towels and cut into cubes.
Step 3 Fry the meat in a hot frying pan in vegetable oil over high heat for 3 minutes. Add a little soy sauce, reduce heat and fry for another 3-4 minutes.
Step 4 Cut canned pineapples into slices. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 5 Mix all the ingredients - cheese, chicken, lettuce and pineapple. If desired, you can add several grapes. Season the salad with mayonnaise or any sauce.
