Ingredients:
- Cooked beef 100 grams
- 2 pickled cucumbers

- Garlic 1 clove
- Mayonnaise 200 grams

Cooking method:
Step 1. Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings.
Step 2 Cut pickles into thin strips.
Step 3 Cut boiled beef into thin slices.
Step 4 In a frying pan in vegetable oil, fry the onion until soft (you do not need to fry much).
Step 5 Grate carrots on a coarse grater and fry until soft.
Step 6 Next, put meat, cucumbers, onions and carrots in a salad bowl. Squeeze the garlic through the garlic press.
