Ingredients:
- Minced meat (pork, beef) 500 grams
- Rice 100 grams
- Chicken egg 1 piece
- Fresh cabbage 300 grams
- Carrot 1 piece
- Onion 2 pieces
- Tomato paste 100-150 grams
- Salt, black pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil rice until half cooked. Grate the carrots, finely chop the cabbage and onions.
Step 2 Combine all the vegetables and rice in a bowl, adding the minced meat and the egg. Salt, pepper.
Step 3 Form cabbage rolls in the form of large meatballs and put in a baking dish.
Step 4 Mix tomato paste with sour cream, add spices, salt. Mix well and pour in the stuffed cabbage sauce.
Step 5 Preheat the oven to t 180 degrees. Bake the dish for 30-40 minutes.
Step 6 Sprinkle the prepared cabbage rolls with chopped herbs.
