- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise 250 grams

Cooking method:
Step 1. Peel and chop the onion in half rings. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Step 2 Boil squids in salted water, cook for 3 minutes after boiling. Cool and cut into strips.
Step 3 Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 4 Boil the eggs in a steep, peeled shell.
Step 5 Grate the eggs on a coarse grater.
Step 6 Mix chopped squid, cooled onion, eggs and cheese. Season with mayonnaise, mix.
