Ingredients:
- Beef liver 300 grams
- Onion 2 pieces
- 2 carrots
- Walnuts 30 grams
- Chicken egg 3 pieces
- Garlic 2-3 cloves
- Apple or wine vinegar 6% 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Mayonnaise 300 grams
- Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. spoons
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1.Peel the onion, cut into thin half rings. Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan, put onions.
Step 2 Fry the onion until transparent and light golden, slightly salt.
Transfer the finished onion into a salad bowl.
Step 3 Peel the carrots, grate, put in a pan.
Step 4 Fry the carrots to full softness, salt, ready-made carrots also put in a salad bowl.
Step 5 Prepare a pancake: shake the egg and a small pinch of salt with a whisk.
Step 6 Next - fry the pancake.
Step 7 Fry the rest of the eggs in the same way. Fold the pancakes into a stack, roll them into one roll and cut them into centimeter strips.
Step 8 Coarsely chop the nuts, slightly dry in a pan.
Step 9 Wash the liver and remove the film from it. Cut into thin narrow strips so that the liver is well cut, it is advisable to “freeze” it a bit beforehand (put in the freezer for half an hour or an hour).
Step 10 Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan, lay out the liver. Fry for 2-3 minutes with active stirring (note the time), no more, it is with rapid frying over high heat that the liver turns out to be soft and soft.
Step 11 Transfer the finished liver to all components in a salad bowl.
Step 12 Add a little mayonnaise, vinegar, squeezed garlic through a press, mix, salt if necessary.
