Ingredients:
- Chicken Liver 500 grams
- String beans 400 grams
- Cherry Tomatoes 13-15 pieces
- Hard cheese 100 grams
- Lemon 1 piece
- Bunch of lettuce
- Greens parsley bunch
Cooking method:
Step 1. Rinse the chicken liver, dry and cut into small pieces. Fry in a pan, salt and pepper. Defrost green beans, simmer in a pan and lightly fry. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 2 Wash tomatoes, cut into 4 parts. Prepare parsley leaves.
Step 3 Mix the prepared ingredients. Pour all over well with freshly squeezed lemon juice (half a lemon).
Step 4 Add cheese grated on a coarse grater.
Step 5 Put the salad in prepared salad bowls on lettuce leaves.
