Ingredients:
- Canned corn 1 can
- Canned red beans 1 can
- Rusks 100 grams
- Dill 1 bunch
- Pinch of salt
- Mayonnaise 200 grams
Cooking method:
Step 1. Open a jar of canned beans, drain the juice and pour into a salad bowl.
Step 2 Open a can of canned corn and drain the juice.
Step 3 Mix beans and corn. Add crackers, chopped dill.
Step 4 Salt and season with mayonnaise. Bean and corn salad with crackers is best prepared immediately before serving. Add crackers at the very last moment, otherwise they will become very soft.
