Ingredients:
- Squid 500 grams
- Pickled mushrooms 200 grams
- Chicken egg 3 pieces
- Fresh cucumbers 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise 200 grams
- Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil the eggs in a cool, cool, peel and cut into strips.
Step 2 Boil squid and peel. Dip squids in a pot of boiling water, cook for 2-3 minutes. Cool and cut into thin strips.
