Ingredients:

  • Sea cocktail (mussels, squids, crab sticks, octopuses) 400 grams
  • Celery stalk 1-2 pieces
  • Canned corn 1 can
  • Canned white beans 1 can
  • Basil 1 sprig
  • Mayonnaise 200 grams
  • Salt, white pepper to taste
  • Caper 2 tbsp. spoons

Cooking method:

Step 1. Dip the sea cocktail in boiling water for 1-1.5 minutes. After the water boils again, drain the water. Cool.

Step 2 Cut the celery stalk into thin slices.

Step 3 Open a jar of beans, drain the liquid.

Step 4 Open the corn, drain the liquid.

Step 5 In a salad bowl to collect: corn, beans, celery, seafood, capers (can be replaced with pickles). After add fresh or dried basil, mayonnaise to taste and white pepper. Stir and serve.
