Ingredients:
- Sea kale 200 grams
- Fresh cucumbers 2 pieces
- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- Canned corn 1 can
- Mayonnaise 100 grams
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil eggs in a steep, peel and cut into cubes.
Step 2 Dice the cucumbers.
Step 3 Put seaweed, cucumbers, eggs and corn in a salad bowl. Add mayonnaise, salt and mix well.
Step 4 Salad can be served in one salad bowl, or in portioned bowls.
