Ingredients:
- Sea kale 200 grams
- Onion 2 pieces
- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- Salt, black pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. spoons
Cooking method:
Step 1. Put the seaweed on the table and chop finely. (If you have dry cabbage, you must first cook it).
Step 2 Boil the eggs in a steep, peeled shell.
Step 3Peel the onion, cut into half rings, then half the rings in half.
Step 4 Fry onions in vegetable oil for 5-10 minutes, until the onions are transparent.
Step 5 Add seaweed to the onion, salt, pepper, stir, fry for 5-10 minutes.
Step 6 Grate the eggs on a medium grater.
Step 7 Put eggs, cabbage and onions in a deep plate, mix.
Step 8 Salad of seaweed and eggs can be served both warm and cold.
