Ingredients:
- Crab sticks 200 grams
- Salad onion 100 grams
- Tomato 1 piece
- Fresh cucumber 1 piece
- Vegetable oil 2-4 tbsp. spoons
- For marinade:
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp. spoons
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Pinch of salt
Cooking method:
Step 1. Cut the crab sticks into a very thin long straw.
Step 2 Cut the onion into thin half rings.
Step 3 Prepare the marinade: mix lemon juice, soy sauce, sugar and salt.
Step 4 Put crab sticks and onions in a salad bowl. Pour the marinade, mix, leave to marinate for 15-30 minutes.
Step 5 Cut the tomato into slices, peel the seeds, and cut into thin slices.
Step 6Cut the cucumber into thin long strips.
Step 7Add vegetables to the salad bowl, season with oil, add a little salt and mix.
Step 8 Salad with crab sticks, complemented by fresh vegetables, has a juicy and non-trivial taste!
