Ingredients:

  • Canned fish (salmon or saury) 1 can
  • 1-2 carrots
  • Chicken egg 4-5 pieces
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Mayonnaise 250 grams
  • Salt, black pepper to taste
  • Dill for decoration

Cooking method:

Step 1. Open a jar of canned fish, drain the liquid and knead well with a fork.

Step 2 Finely chop the onion.

Step 3 Boil the eggs in a steep, peeled shell. Separate the whites from the yolks and grate in different bowls.

Step 4 Grate the carrots on a medium grater.

Step 5 Lay out the salad in layers in the following order: canned fish, onions, half the egg whites, carrots, yolks, the remaining proteins, again some carrots and decorate the top of the salad with egg yolks. Season each layer with salt, pepper to taste and grease with mayonnaise.
