- Feta cheese 200 grams
- Olives 100 grams

- Lemon 0.5 pieces

Cooking method:
Step 1. Peel the sweet pepper from the seeds, cut into large pieces. You can use peppers of different colors: red, green, yellow - this will give the salad brightness.
Step 2 Cut the onion into thin half rings. It is advisable to use a sweet onion, such as purple.
Step 3 Cut the cucumber into thick pieces. If desired, they can be peeled.
Step 4 Tomatoes are also cut into large pieces.
Step 5 Prepare salad dressing: mix vegetable oil with lemon juice. Add salt and pepper. Mix.
Step 6 Next, put all the vegetables in a deep plate, pour the dressing and mix.
Step 7 Cut feta into large pieces.
Step 8 Feta and olives spread on top of the salad. Sprinkle salad with dried oregano (oregano), you can also sprinkle with dressing.
