Ingredients:
- 400 gram chicken
- Light green leaves bunch
- Rusks 100 grams
- 4 eggs
- Cherry Tomatoes 8-10 pieces
- Hard cheese 100 grams
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Garlic 2-3 cloves
- Mayonnaise 100 grams
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Chicken fillet cut into small pieces.
Step 2 Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown. Shortly before being ready to salt and add finely chopped garlic.
Step 3 Wash the lettuce leaves and tear into pieces with your hands.
Step 4 Boil eggs in a cool, cool, peel and cut lengthwise into several parts.
Step 5Grate the cheese to make a thin chip.
Step 6 Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Step 7Put lettuce leaves, slightly cooled chicken and chopped eggs on a large plate. You can use quail eggs, then they need to be taken more and cut only in half. Top with halves of cherry tomatoes, pour with mayonnaise and sprinkle with cheese. Before serving, sprinkle croutons on top.
