Ingredients:
- Cucumbers 4 kg.
- Vegetable oil 200 ml.
- Onions 1 kg.
- Sugar 200 grams
- Table vinegar (6-9%) 8 tbsp. spoons
- Salt 8 tbsp. spoons
Cooking method:
Step 1. Wash, dry and cut the cucumbers in circles up to 4 mm thick. Chopped peeled onions not in thick half rings. Put the vegetables in a large bowl, mix with sugar, salt, vinegar. Add oil and leave the salad for 3 hours in a cool place, stirring occasionally.
Step 2 After 3 hours, spread the cucumber salad in sterilized jars, pour the allocated juice from a bowl in which cucumbers were pickled. Sterilize for 15 minutes. Then close the cans with lids, turn them upside down, cover with a blanket and leave to cool completely. Store in a cool place.
