Ingredients:
- Bread Black Floor Loaf
- Garlic 3-4 cloves
- Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. spoons
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Cut the bread into strips or slices. Better for croutons is a little stiffened bread.
Step 2 Next, fry the slices of bread in a preheated frying pan without oil until a crisp forms.
Step 3 Grind garlic with a garlic squeezer. Add vegetable oil, mix.
