Ingredients:
- Spinach 400 grams
- Green onion 200 grams
- Fresh sorrel 100 grams
- Parsley 100 grams
- Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. spoons
- Vinegar 1 teaspoon
- Black olives 8 pieces
- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Rinse greens thoroughly under running water. Then spinach, sorrel, parsley and green onions finely chopped.
Step 2 Put all the greens in a salad bowl, salt, add a little vinegar and vegetable oil to taste.
Step 3 Boil the eggs in a steep, peel and cut into large slices.
Step 4 When serving a dish, you need to decorate it by cutting olive slices and adding chopped eggs.
