Ingredients:
- Fresh cucumber 2 pieces
- Fresh sorrel 100 grams
- Sour cream 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Dill greens 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Mustard 1 teaspoon
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Ground black pepper 0.5 teaspoon
Cooking method:
Step 1. Peel the cucumbers and cut into circles.
Step 2 Cut the sorrel into thin strips. Dill cut is not very large. If there is no dill, then you can replace this ingredient with any other favorite greens.
Step 3 Mix cucumbers with dill and sorrel. Mix sour cream with pepper, salt, mustard and sugar. Pour the resulting salad dressing.
