Ingredients:
- Sorrel fresh bunch
- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- Granular mustard 1 teaspoon
- Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. spoons
- Greens to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Wash the sorrel thoroughly and chop it.
Step 2 Boil eggs, boil one egg into a steep egg, and one into a crease.
Step 3 Cut the hard-boiled egg into small cubes and send to the sorrel. Soft-boiled egg to leave for the final presentation.
Step 4 Add mustard and mayonnaise to taste and you can add greens. Stir, salt to taste.
Step 5Before serving, top half the soft-boiled egg.
