Ingredients:
- Sorrel bunch
- Dill bunch
- Chard beam
- Salt, pepper to taste
- Olive oil to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Put all the greens in a large bowl of cold water, rinse thoroughly under running water, rinse and place on a sieve to make the glass water.
Step 2 Chop all the greens, including sorrel, not too finely.
Step 3 Sliced sorrel, dill and chard in a deep salad bowl, add a pinch of salt and pepper, season with olive oil. Serve it only freshly prepared.
