Ingredients:
- Green onion bunch
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Vinegar 0.5 tsp
- Olive oil 1 teaspoon
- Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1.Rinse the green onions thoroughly and IMPORTANTly dry them with a paper towel. Putting wet green onions in a salad bowl is not worth it - it will ruin its taste. Finely chop the onion and put in a deep bowl.
Step 2 Peel and chop the garlic as finely as possible. Can be squeezed out through a press.
Step 3 Add chopped garlic to the bowl. Season with vinegar, olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir well - and that's it, green onion salad is ready.
