Ingredients:
- Arugula bunch
- Quail eggs 10 pieces
- Cherry Tomatoes 5 pieces
- Smoked trout (or any other red fish) 100 grams
- Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. spoons
- Vinegar 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Provencal herbs 0.5 tsp
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil quail eggs in a steep, cool and peel. Cut each egg in half.
Step 2 Tomatoes cut into quarters.
Step 3 Cut red smoked fish into thin strips.
Step 4 Prepare dressing: mix olive oil with vinegar, Provencal herbs. To salt.
Step 5 Put the leaves of arugula on a serving plate.
Step 6 Put tomatoes and eggs on top.
Step 7Put strips of trout on top and pour dressing.
