Ingredients:

  • Arugula bunch
  • Quail eggs 10 pieces
  • Cherry Tomatoes 5 pieces
  • Smoked trout (or any other red fish) 100 grams
  • Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. spoons
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp. a spoon
  • Provencal herbs 0.5 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking method:

Step 1. Boil quail eggs in a steep, cool and peel. Cut each egg in half.

Step 3 Cut red smoked fish into thin strips.

Step 4 Prepare dressing: mix olive oil with vinegar, Provencal herbs. To salt.
